Walk into a Kaiser Permanente facility to speak to a Member Services representative for questions about care appointments, pharmacy, how to act on behalf of a family member, and more.
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except major holidays. Closes at 3:00 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of the month.
