Caregiver accounts allow caregivers to manage health services of the member they are caring for, including scheduling appointments, viewing medical records, and communicating with healthcare providers.

Call us at 1-800-556-7677 (toll free) or 711 (TTY), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To protect the privacy of your information, we'll need to ask you a few questions to verify your identity. Have your Kaiser Permanente Health/Medical Record number ready.

To protect our users from identity fraud, we need to verify the identity of each person registering. Registration cannot be completed until this step is successfully completed. We use several methods for identity verification.

  • Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA): Based on your Social Security number, you’ll be asked a few questions to confirm your identity.
  • One-Time Passcode (OTP): If you provided a mobile number during your enrollment with Kaiser Permanente, a 6-digit code will be sent to that number. Please note, the mobile number cannot be changed during the registration process for an added level of security.
  • US Mail: Teens and other users who are unable to verify their identity through the above methods will receive a letter via U.S. mail within 5-7 business days, sent to the mailing address provided during enrollment.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it online. In most cases, we will send you a one-time passcode to the email address we have on file for you. Please don't close the page where we prompt you to enter the passcode or you’ll need to start the process again. Keep the page open and check your email in another browser window.
