Doulas

A doula's job is to help support you through pregnancy and beyond. Doulas can help you before, during, and after your baby is born. A doula can also help you up to 12 months after pregnancy ends.

You do not need any approval from your doctor to work with a doula. Your health insurance covers doula services at no cost to you.
