Explore our affordable Kaiser Permanente Select plans that provide access to our high-quality physicians and specialists, convenient telehealth and virtual care options, and a tailored network of affiliated plan providers* and hospitals.
Kaiser Permanente offers plans with two network options — the Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KP Colorado) network and the Kaiser Permanente Select (KP Select) network. Both networks include all Kaiser Permanente providers and facilities. KP Select offers a more tailored network of affiliated providers* and locations. Your premium may be lower with a KP Select plan.
NEW for employers in 2026
- Small businesses can choose a KP Select plan for their employees living in the Denver/Boulder area in addition to the Colorado Springs area.
- Level Funded groups with 5-50 employees can choose a KP Select plan for their employees living in the Denver/Boulder and Colorado Springs areas.
- Level Funded groups with 51+ employees can choose a KP Select plan for their employees living in the Colorado Springs area.
- KP Select plans will be available to businesses with employees living in the following counties:
- Employers with 1-50 employees*: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Park, and Teller.
- Employers with 51+ employees: El Paso and Teller counties
* The minimum number of employees is 5 for Level Funded.

Individuals and families in the Denver/Boulder area can choose either KP Colorado or KP Select plans. For individuals and families in the Colorado Springs area, your plan will be in the KP Select network.
- Individual and Family KP Select plans are available in the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Park and Teller. Employers can choose either KP Select or KP Colorado plans for their employees living in Colorado Springs.
- KP Select employer plans are only available to employees living in El Paso and Teller counties. Contact your broker or Kaiser Permanente representative for information.

Kaiser Permanente Select members will have greater choice, convenience, and access to high quality care in Metro Denver. Beginning January 1, 2026, the following hospitals will be in network for KP Select plans.
