Where I practice
Hi! Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. It is important for you to feel comfortable with your physician, and I hope this page will allow you to get to know me a little better.
I get this question a lot, so let me answer it here: Yes, I am ethnically Chinese, but I was born in the Philippines. I am very fortunate to have parents who value the importance of receiving an education and supported me through medical school. I went to Texas for my Psychiatry residency training and decided to move back to California to be closer to family and friends. What makes Psychiatry special is taking care of the entire person, the physical as well as the mental and emotional aspects.
About my practice
Appreciating the uniqueness of each individual makes my work very interesting. Our department provides a multidisciplinary team approach that includes physicians, nurses, and psychotherapists who work together closely to provide high-quality, compassionate care. I am here as your partner in health.
How I thrive
I try to keep a good balance between work and play and lead a healthy lifestyle. I like adventure and I am always up to trying a new experience, whether it is a new food, activity, place, or culture.
