Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I hope this helps you in the often-daunting task of choosing a physician. We are committed to providing our members with the tools for better health and hope you will explore this exciting new way of communicating. I look forward to your visit.
My education has taken me from San Francisco to New Mexico and the East Coast before settling in Los Angeles. My family and I consider Los Angeles an exciting city that compares to no other in culture, cuisine and attractions. I was born In El Salvador and have lived in the states since an early age enjoying the incredible diversity that I have witnessed nowhere else. The beaches and the mountains are two of my great joys; exploring the next great meal is a close second!
About my practice
My office practice is in Gardena with a home base in South Bay. I have a practice that is wonderfully diverse in member population as well as staff. We have a member population who strive to better their health and I will do my best to provide information and tools so together we can achieve that goal.
How I thrive
Health is a way of life. It is not a half hour at the local gym and eating a salad three times a week. It is about choices that we all make on a day-to-day basis. We are very fortunate to live in a country that offers many choices and it is only a matter of educating ourselves as to the best way to maintain a healthy body and mind. This can begin with as little as a walk around the block, finding a hobby you enjoy, and finding ways to eat delicious healthy foods. These are the things I enjoy and feel happy when I can incorporate them not just on the weekends, but also in my daily living. I enjoy running along the beach, hiking our local beautiful mountains, and cooking meals for friends and family.
