About me

Hello! Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my work as a physician at Kaiser Permanente. It's very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.

Biography

I was raised in sunny Southern California and remained in California for all of my education. My father was a surgeon and influenced my decision to pursue a career in medicine. I’ve always loved children, so I became a pediatrician. I’m happily married to another Kaiser Permanente physician and we have three wonderful children. Together, we love to travel, snow ski and snowboard, explore good restaurants, and go to the beach.

About my practice

I work at the San Marcos facility along with a great team of doctors, nurses, and medical assistants. We all work together to not only make your child feel comfortable, but to also provide high quality, individualized health care plan for each child. I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but we are also here to help your child when he or she is sick.

How I thrive

I try to balance work and family time, as well as personal time, as much as possible. I like to stay active and release stress by either going for walks, doing yoga, or going to the gym. Our family attends church regularly, and we’re often involved with community service events and mission trips through the church. My husband and I love to vacation, explore museums, and try out unique restaurants. And, yes, I admit I love to go shopping, too.
