Kaiser Permanente members: Walk in for your no-cost flu shot beginning September 3 — no appointment needed at most locations.* 

If your child is 6 months to 8 years old, they may need 2 doses of the flu shot. 

Saturday flu shot clinics begin September 20 at our Honolulu, Koolau, Maui Lani, and Waipio locations. Walk in, no appointment needed. Clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Already have an upcoming appointment with your doctor? You can get your flu shot during your visit.

What to bring:
Your Kaiser Permanente member ID card and a photo ID. For everyone’s safety, masks are recommended at all Kaiser Permanente medical facilities.

Clinic hours and closures:
Flu shot clinics are closed for lunch from 12 to 1 p.m. on weekdays and all day on holidays. Please check your preferred location’s schedule before visiting.

Oahu members:
Get your no-cost flu shot at the Young at Heart Expo on Friday, September 26, and Saturday, September 27, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall, Hawaii Suites. Kaiser Permanente will also offer free Life Care Planning seminars and blood pressure checks.

*Appointments are recommended at our Kihei, and Lahaina clinics.
