It’s not too late to get your seasonal flu shot. Kaiser Permanente members can get a no-cost flu shot at our vaccination locations. Flu shots are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Locations are closed daily between noon and 1 p.m., unless otherwise noted below.

  • Oahu: Hawaii Kai (closed daily from noon to 1:30 p.m.), Honolulu, Kailua (closed daily from noon to 1:30 p.m.), Koolau (closed daily from noon to 1:30 p.m.), Mapunapuna, Waipio, West Oahu at Kapolei
  • Maui: Kihei (closed daily from noon to 1:30 p.m.), Lahaina (closed daily from noon to 1:30 p.m.), Maui Lani
  • Hawaii Island: Hilo, Kona, Waimea
  • Kauai: Lihue

You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-833-833-3333 (TTY 711) or ask for a flu shot at your next scheduled in-person office visit. Please bring your Kaiser Permanente member ID card and a photo ID. The COVID-19 vaccine is also available at these locations.
