Notices and updates

Lab hours will soon change at the following medical offices:

  • Briargate: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.), beginning August 10, 2026. Closed Saturday and Sunday. 
  • Castle Rock: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 1 to 2 p.m.), beginning August 16, 2026. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • Fort Collins: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 1 to 2 p.m.), beginning August 16, 2026. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • Parkside: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.), beginning August 16, 2026. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • Premier: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday only), beginning August 16, 2026. Closed Sunday.

You may walk-in during business hours for lab services. No appointment is needed. 

Most Kaiser Permanente medical offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. However, Kaiser Permanente urgent care locations will remain open on July 3 and 4. You still have many options for getting the care you need.

Urgent Care
The following medical offices are open 8 a.m.‒6 p.m. for urgent care and pharmacy services ONLY*:

  • Aurora Centrepoint
  • Lakewood
  • Lone Tree

*Routine laboratory services will not be available

Emergency Care
If you think you are experiencing an emergency medical condition, call 911, or if time and safety permit, go to the nearest emergency room. Your care will be covered. If time and safety permit, call the Clinical Contact Center at 303-338-4545 or 1-800-218-1059 (TTY 711) for medical advice and Kaiser Permanente affiliated plan locations.

Most Kaiser Permanente medical offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day, but you still have many options for getting the care you need.
