Thanksgiving Day Holiday Observance

Most Kaiser Permanente medical offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28, in observance of Thanksgiving Day, but you still have many options for getting the care you need.

If you think you are experiencing an emergency medical condition, call 911, or if time and safety permit, go to the nearest emergency room. Your care will be covered. If time and safety permit, call the Clinical Contact Center at 303-338-4545 or 1-800-218-1059 (TTY 711) for medical advice and Kaiser Permanente affiliated plan locations.

Christmas and New Year’s 2024/2025 Holiday Observance

Most Kaiser Permanente medical offices will be closed on certain days in observance of Christmas and New Year’s, but you still have many options for getting care. See chart below for open business hours and closed medical offices.

Urgent Care is now open an hour earlier at Aurora Centrepoint, Lakewood, and Lone Tree Medical Offices:

  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
  • Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

DispatchHealth Service area changes for Southern Colorado 
Kaiser Permanente Colorado has contracted with DispatchHealth to provide medically appropriate urgent care at home to Kaiser Permanente members. 

DispatchHealth recently changed their service areas and no longer offers services in Southern Colorado. Southern Colorado members have access to more than 20 affiliated urgent care locations. To find an urgent care near you, visit kp.org/locations.
