About this program

Diabetes: Learn to Take Charge is a series of 2 live virtual courses held on the same day one week apart. Learn about lifestyle changes that can help manage your type 2 diabetes. Make a difference to your health and find out about resources that can help you. NOTE: The session dates indicated below are for the FIRST of two sessions one week apart.

HOW TO PREPARE

When you click the "Register Now" button, you will be asked to log into your account. Once you log in, you will be taken to the Appointments screen.  From there choose the "Nutrition Services/Dietitian Phone Visit" option.  Proceed to answer a few questions, the click on "Schedule a Virtual Class".
