Where I practice
About me
I am a Colorado native, a licensed professional counselor, and a certified trauma therapist. I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a safe, welcoming space where people can share and work through what matters most to them. I am also a gender‑affirming care provider and value supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community.
In my work with children and teens, I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma‑focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and play‑based interventions. My goal is to create a warm, engaging environment where young people can express themselves, build coping skills, and grow in confidence and self‑esteem.
About my practice
I am part of the Kaiser Permanente Colorado Complex Pediatric Therapy team. Our team supports children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns that affect multiple areas of daily functioning. I provide evidence‑based diagnostic and psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.
I regularly use standardized tools to track progress and ensure care remains responsive and effective. At Kaiser Permanente, mental health is an essential part of whole‑person care. I work closely with interdisciplinary partners — including primary care, psychiatry, specialty behavioral health services, schools, and crisis teams — to support coordinated, family‑centered treatment. My goal is to help young people feel understood, supported, and empowered as they build skills for lasting well‑being.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, collecting perfume from around the world, and spending time with my family and my 3 children. I also enjoy music, reading, and learning about different cultures.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
