About me
I am a Colorado native. I was born and raised in Littleton, Colo. I love the almost daily sunshine, mountain views, hiking, great coffee, and wonderful Castle Rock community. I have a Papillon puppy who enjoys long walks and greeting everyone we see along the way. I am most proud of graduating from the Duke University Medical Center’s Physician Assistant Program, because I see the benefit of my excellent education and training daily in the clinic. The most rewarding part of being a physician assistant is helping a patient to make changes that are important to their health and overall well-being. It is amazing to see people heal, improve, feel better, and attain their health and life goals.
About my practice
I chose to practice in primary care, because I like to see patients of all ages with a variety of acute and chronic conditions. I also like treating minor trauma and performing preventative care visits. I like to treat the whole person and the whole family. I like to develop a relationship with my patient so that we can work together. I am particularly interested in teen health, pediatrics, women’s health, and orthopedics. I also enjoy performing minor dermatology procedures. I work closely with our wonderful support staff of RNs, MAs, LPNs, fellow PAs/NPs, and the physicians here at Castle Rock to deliver compassionate, high-quality health care. I strive to have an open communication with patients, listening first then offering education and treatment choices so that the patient is involved in every step.
How I thrive
I enjoy participating in the 8th grade career expo in Castle Rock every year to help promote Kaiser Permanente and health care professions. It is so important to encourage young people to go for their dreams and goals. I like to read historical fiction, go to live concerts, sing in my church choir, and try new healthy recipes in my pressure cooker or on the grill. My greatest joy comes from spending time with my family and friends and enjoying the sunshine with my puppy. Throw in a great cup of coffee, and I am quite content!

If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
