Where I practice
About me
I was born and raised in Colorado. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work in health care and first imagined a career in medicine. As a teenager, I discovered nursing and have been committed to the profession ever since. I graduated from Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Colorado Springs as a registered nurse in 2009. I spent six years working in the hospital, primarily on cardiac and general surgical units. In 2015, I earned my degree as an adult-geriatric nurse practitioner from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. I worked in internal medicine for two and a half years before joining the Kaiser Permanente float pool, where I now serve members in primary care.
About my practice
I enjoy adult primary care and the strong focus on disease prevention. I value building relationships with patients of all ages. Helping people feel better when they are ill, or supporting them in staying healthy, is very rewarding. It is an honor to be part of each patient’s health care journey, and I take that responsibility seriously. I strive to provide thoughtful, high-quality care at every visit.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two young children. Our family likes being outdoors, traveling, and sharing good food together. Staying connected with my family helps me feel grounded and balanced. I also enjoy getting outside and exercising regularly, which helps me recharge.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
