About me
I grew up in Arvada, Colorado, surrounded by views of the Flatirons and the Rocky Mountains. Arvada’s close-knit community helped shape my strong sense of purpose and connection to others, especially through my early experiences as a lifeguard and coach. As a Colorado native, I learned the value of hard work, resilience, and helping those around me. These values guided me on my path to becoming a physician assistant.
My interest in health care was shaped by personal experiences and by my grandparents, who were a strong influence in my life. From a young age, I enjoyed science, math, and problem-solving. Becoming a physician assistant required dedication and perseverance, but it allowed me to build the skills needed to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, traveling, and coaching. I am committed to lifelong learning, compassionate care, and always doing what is best for my patients.
About my practice
The most rewarding part of being a physician assistant is making a real difference in patients’ lives. I value working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other health care professionals to support the best possible outcomes. I believe in being honest, approachable, and caring, and I treat patients with the same respect and concern I would give to my own family.
How I thrive
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my partner, who brings balance and meaning to my life. I love traveling, especially to tropical destinations, and enjoy snorkeling and exploring the ocean. I am an avid reader and enjoy action and suspense novels.
I also enjoy music from the 80s, spending time with dogs — especially golden retrievers — and staying active. Coaching youth sports and teaching swimming have been meaningful ways for me to stay connected to my community.

- Size and demographics of the population to be served

- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
