About me

I grew up in a big, lively family in Utah, which sparked my love for connection and community from an early age. Before I even thought about medicine, I was deeply involved in classical music - playing piano and having the incredible opportunity to tour across Europe, an experience that still inspires me today.

At Brigham Young University, I studied American Studies, which gave me a deeper appreciation for how culture and society shape people’s lives. My passion for helping others naturally led me to pursue medicine. I completed medical school at Rocky Vista University and did my family medicine residency with Creighton University in Phoenix.

Now recently married, my husband and I love our life in Colorado, where we enjoy the beautiful outdoors and a strong sense of community with our blended family.

About my practice

As a board-certified family medicine physician, I value the trust and connection that come from caring for patients across all ages and stages of life. I believe in whole-person care - listening to each patient’s story, understanding their unique background, and partnering with them to make informed decisions. My goal is to communicate clearly, provide evidence-based care, and empower patients to take an active role in their health.

I offer a broad range of services, from preventive care and chronic disease management to procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon placement, joint injections, and skin procedures. I strive to make care accessible through in-person visits, phone, video, and secure messaging, and I am committed to helping patients achieve their best possible physical and mental well-being.

How I thrive

I thrive by finding balance through family, faith, service, and creativity. Outside of medicine, you’ll often find me in the beautiful outdoors - hiking, biking, gardening, or working on house projects that let me be hands-on and creative. Music is another important part of my life; as a classical pianist, I enjoy playing for both relaxation and inspiration. I also love discovering new healthy recipes, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and spending time with my family.

Information in this online directory is updated periodically and applies to commercial plans underwritten by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado. The availability of physicians, hospitals, providers, and services may change. To verify whether a provider accepts Kaiser Permanente plans, contact the provider directly. Current provider information is available at kp.org/locations. This information is updated within 72 business hours of receipt from providers. If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:

  • Size and demographics of the population to be served
  • The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
  • Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
  • Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references

You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.

An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
