About me
I grew up in the Chicago suburbs, in a slightly more rural area that gave me the privilege of having many pets and being surrounded by nature. Throughout and beyond college, I considered a number of different career paths, each service-oriented and focused on building relationships with others. Ultimately, I spent 2 years teaching middle school in Los Angeles, CA before deciding to attend medical school. Now, it is hard to imagine doing anything other than caring for and empowering women as an OB/GYN physician. I am joining Kaiser Permanente after residency training in Cleveland, Ohio, and several years of practice at a busy community teaching hospital near my hometown in Illinois.
About my practice
Providing outstanding care to patients of diverse backgrounds is extremely important to me, and I strongly believe that we should all be striving to achieve a more equitable healthcare system. As such, it is my promise to always genuinely listen so that I can understand my patients' unique contexts and act as an effective advocate for their needs.
Being an OB/GYN physician allows me to walk alongside others during both the most joyful and most challenging moments of their lives, and I truly cherish this special role. I love that I have the opportunity to see people from adolescence through adulthood, menopause, and beyond. We can partner to make sure that they thrive through each new stage of life.
I am thrilled to be able to provide the full scope of obstetric and gynecologic care, but I have particular interest in contraception, preconception and early pregnancy, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Regardless of what we are tackling, there is almost never just one right way to address it, and I want to make sure that we find the best plan for the individual.
How I thrive
Like so many others, I was brought to Denver by the promise of mountains, sunshine, and an active lifestyle. I love hiking and camping, and I am looking forward to adding downhill skiing to my skillset during Colorado winters. I am so fortunate to be able to travel regularly. I particularly appreciate a national park road trip for outdoor adventure or an international journey to learn about other cultures and histories.
Before work, you will likely find me doing an early morning workout, and no one could convince me to skip breakfast, which is the best meal of the day. I enjoy cooking and often look to vegetarian recipes in the New York Times, and it brings me joy to host friends and family that are willing to try a new dish or 2. In quiet moments, I like to read a novel snuggled with my cats Reno and Rascal or switch to the audiobook for a long walk.

- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
