About me

I was born and raised in New England and I've lived in Colorado for the past 14 years. I came here to take advantage of the gorgeous landscape, recreational opportunities, and the sunshine. I enjoy all kinds of outdoor recreation and have a sweet Aussie puppy that keeps me very busy on the CO trails.

I have lived in both Germany and Italy and still spend most of my vacation time in Italy (I am also Italian). I have learned a lot about what it is like to be considered a foreigner, including both the opportunities and challenges it presents.

About my practice

My professional philosophy is guided by my belief that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy good health. It is about supporting others in their desire to develop, strengthen and sustain their emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Important to health is also experiencing nurturing social connections and systems as being supported in exploring new ways of adapting to a variety of life challenges.

Early in my career I started working with children, teens, and their parents - which grew into working with couples and individual adult clients. Over the past 28 years, I have had the opportunity to support those living with trauma, anxiety, and depression who struggled to maintain healthy relationships. I hope you find my communication style is kind, informed, and direct. I serve children and adults ages ranging from 3-93. I genuinely enjoy working with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
During our sessions you can expect me to be engaged, respectful, and collaborative. You can also expect that our work will be structured and solution-focused; targeting your goals and supporting new areas of growth. I like to help my clients embrace the challenges in their lives and provide them with the confidence and skills needed to successfully tackle them.

Our team works together to provide individual, group, crisis, and brief interventions, connecting you with referrals to support your overall care and well-being. Your care is tailored to your specific needs and challenges. Your experience and your outcome is important to us.

How I thrive

I value and make the time every day, even if in some small way, to care for myself. It hasn’t always been easy but ultimately prioritizing my self-care allows me the opportunity and energy to keep giving to others which is very important to me.
I enjoy moving in small and big ways, just moving makes me happy. I love to cook and bake, trying out my old Italian favorites (I make a mean tiramisu) and branching out, and experimenting with new recipes of all kinds. I have been dabbling in the colorful art of cooking with more veggies and adding spices to kick up the flavor. My next adventure may involve a new line of doggie treats, which my puppy will no doubt enjoy!

To find:

  • Kaiser Permanente medical office providers’ hours, search our facility directory
  • Affiliated providers’ office hours or languages spoken by front office staff, call their office directly
  • Providers in your plan or accepting new patients, call 1-303-338-4545 or 1-800-218-1059 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Information in this online directory is updated periodically and applies to commercial plans underwritten by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado. The availability of physicians, hospitals, providers, and services may change. To verify whether a provider accepts Kaiser Permanente plans, contact the provider directly. Current provider information is available at kp.org/locations. This information is updated within 72 business hours of receipt from providers. Kaiser Permanente Colorado attempts to ensure the online directory contains up-to-date information. The printed directory is current as of the date of publication.

To report any inaccuracies in the directory or to file a complaint regarding your experience with a provider, contact Member Services at 1-800-632-9700 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., or visit kp.org/memberservices.

Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-800-476-2167, seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.

If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:

  • Size and demographics of the population to be served
  • The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
  • Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
  • Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references

You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.

An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
