About me
I’ve lived in Colorado since 1997 and am married and have three children. I’ve had a longstanding curiosity about people and what drives their behavior. This curiosity eventually led me to the field of clinical social work and specifically, psychotherapy. The most rewarding part about my job is when my work with a client assists them in beginning to make some positive changes in their lives and relationships.
About my practice
Population: Adult, Child, Family, Group, Seniors, Teens. Specialties: ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Grief and Loss, Mood Disorders, OCD, Parenting, Personality Disorders, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Trauma and other chronic conditions. Interventions: CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused. I am a generalist behavioral health therapist, treating individual patients and families of all ages. I work to provide my clients with a warm, nonjudgmental environment in which they are able to learn, grow, and heal. I take a strength-based perspective in that I believe in partnering with you to build on your existing strengths and to improve your resilience. I also assist clients in gaining and integrating new knowledge and insight and in developing new skills.
How I thrive
I enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering with the homeless population in the Denver area. You’ll also find me often at my kids’ school. My favorite way to help out there is to teach art in a parent-run art program. For enjoyment I like to spend time with my family. I also make sure to have some physical activity in my life and enjoy skiing and running and have completed 3 half marathons in the last few years.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
