About me
I am originally from Kansas, but now I get the opportunity to enjoy the active lifestyle and amazing views that Colorado offers. While I grew up in urban Kansas, about every other weekend we visited Iowa to help maintain my grandparents’ farm. I enjoyed the best of both worlds! As a family nurse practitioner, the most rewarding part of my profession is helping and educating others. I enjoy hearing the stories and experiences that have shaped Kaiser Permanente members.
About my practice
My passion for health care began with my kinesiology degree and working in cardiac rehabilitation. There I learned about and began to admire the nurse practitioner role. I immediately applied and began the journey, eventually earning my family nurse practitioner and doctorate of nursing practice degrees. I thoroughly enjoy being an advanced practice provider and advocating on behalf of the profession. Listening to members is instrumental to providing high quality, holistic care that is mutually agreed upon.
How I thrive
Exercise and parenting my 2 young girls are my hobbies, and both keep me quite busy! I love animals and am passionate about animal adoption. My husband and I have adopted 2 dogs and a cat over the past years, and have fostered animals as well.

Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
