About me
I was born in Waterville, Maine but grew up here in Colorado. I come from a family of medical providers and teachers. My Father recently retired from Kaiser Permanente where he was an endocrinologist. I have two sisters, one is a nurse practitioner working at Kaiser Permanente and another is a pulmonary and critical care fellow in Philadelphia. My mom is a retired teacher and I have a brother that is a teacher. My husband is a teacher as well. I recently had my first child, a son, named Jake. He has changed my life in so many ways and it is amazing to watch how quickly he is changing.
About my practice
I believe that patient care is the most important aspect of my practice. I enjoy my interactions with patients and when making medical decisions I think how I would want to be treated or how I would treat a family member or friend. I worked for five years as a hospitalist physician assistant taking care of patients with medical problems that were admitted to the hospital and now I’ve transitioned to the outpatient world where I am doing more procedures including joint injections, skin biopsies, suturing, and much more.
How I thrive
I thrive through family and friends. I have an amazing support system and can't imagine my life without them. I enjoy running, swimming, hiking, snowboarding, scuba diving, traveling, cooking, and spending time doing all those things with my family. I have a huge Bernese mountain dog, Jackson, who I love to cuddle and walk around the streets of Denver with.

Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
