Where I practice
About me
I grew up in Buenos Aires, London, and Barcelona, where I completed my training in clinical psychology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. In 2014, I moved to Los Angeles and began my career as a marriage and family therapist, then relocated to Denver in 2021.
Living and working across different countries has shaped my appreciation for the many ways people make meaning of their lives. It has also strengthened my belief in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration as essential parts of healing.
My approach is tailored to each individual. I draw from psychodynamic therapy and evidence-based practices, combining deeper exploration with practical tools to support symptom relief and long-term growth. I focus on meeting patients where they are, building on their strengths, and working together to create meaningful change. I have a special interest in LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care and am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where people feel understood, empowered, and truly seen.
About my practice
Our therapists support people of all ages as they explore identity, build resilience, and navigate personal and social challenges in a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment. We provide individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, honoring each person’s lived experience and self-expression.
Our approach is strengths-based, culturally responsive, and grounded in best practices, with a focus on well-being, connection, and personal growth.
How I thrive
Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me on the slopes or kayaking across a lake. I recharge by getting outside, exploring new trails, and embracing whatever season Colorado brings.
I also draw energy from my love of psychology, as well as music, art, and design. On weekends, I enjoy visiting exhibits, attending live music events, and finding inspiration in new and unexpected places.
