About me
I am a native of Florida. I completed my podiatric surgical education in Iowa, my first year of residency in Minnesota and my final three years of residency in foot and ankle surgery in Denver. I realized that Denver was an amazing place to live, so I stayed and had a practice in Littleton for 12 years. It was a privilege to join Colorado Permanente Medical Group in 2009. It is most rewarding to be part of a team that works together to help patients heal and return to their activities.
About my practice
I try to take the time to explain and educate you on your foot injury or problem so that you can have a greater understanding and be involved in developing a care plan to meet your needs. I listen to understand your questions and concerns, and work with an exceptional team of providers to coordinate your care. My practice is focused on treatment and surgical intervention of injuries and deformities of the foot, such as bunions, hammertoes, neuromas, fractures, bone and soft tissue mass, infections and ulcerations, plantar fasciitis, bone spurs arthritis, etc.
How I thrive
I am proud to be part of the care team at Kaiser Permanente that helps patients maintain quality health. I maintain a great work/life balance by spending time with my family and enjoying the wonderful opportunities that Colorado has to offer, such as golf, basketball, hiking and especially cycling through the many neighborhoods and mountains.

If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
