About me
I am a Colorado native, although I haven't always lived here. I've also lived in Wisconsin, Kentucky, and even Scotland, but I always come back to Colorado! I have two small children at home, so I currently work part time. My family loves to be outdoors, so we spend a lot of time in the mountains camping and hiking.
About my practice
Populations: Adult, Family, Group, Seniors, Teens. Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Mood Disorders, OCD, Parenting, Personality Disorders, PTSD, Transgender, and Trauma. Interventions: CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness. I work with individuals ages 13 and older, as well as with couples and families. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as EMDR, which is a treatment for trauma-related symptoms. I am very excited about the positive research into mindfulness approaches and enjoy implementing those with my patients. I try to really get to know each of my patients. I like to collaborate to determine what treatment plan will work best for each member, couple, or family that I see. My goal is to provide the most appropriate care for my patients, so they aren't spending extra time or money to get the care they deserve.
How I thrive
I am lucky to have the opportunity to work part-time, which really allows me to balance my personal and professional lives! I trust other Kaiser Permanente providers to take excellent care of my patients if I'm not available. I find that exercise is key for me to manage stress and stay healthy.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
