About me
I am a full-time interventional and structural cardiologist with Kaiser Permanente. I completed my training at Cook County Hospital and Rush University in Chicago, followed by advanced interventional training at St. Elizabeth Medical Center/Tufts University in Boston. Before moving to Colorado, I practiced in Maryland and Washington, D.C., where I gained valuable experience in both academic and community healthcare settings.
I specialize in minimally invasive treatments for a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart valve disorders, and structural heart diseases. My expertise includes performing complex coronary interventions, atherectomy, coronary imaging, and structural heart procedures such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), left atrial appendage occlusion, patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure, and valvuloplasty.
I am passionate about advancing my field and staying at the forefront of technological innovations and treatment options. My goal is to provide patients with the most effective, innovative care, ranging from catheter-based interventions to transcatheter valve therapies and other state-of-the-art solutions.
In addition to my clinical practice, I earned a master's in clinical research from Rush University, deepening my understanding of the science behind cardiovascular treatments. I am honored to have been recognized as a top cardiologist by Baltimore Magazine for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024) and to have received the Young Leader Award at the CRT 2023 conference.
About my practice
I take pride in building lasting relationships with my patients. I believe that optimal care involves not just technical skill but also empathy, communication, and education. By taking the time to listen to my patients and fully understand their needs, I can tailor individualized treatment plans that help them achieve their best heart health. I am dedicated to educating my patients, collaborating with my multidisciplinary team, and contributing to ongoing research in cardiovascular medicine. My collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning ensure that every patient benefits from the latest advancements in heart care.
How I thrive
I thrive in an environment that fosters innovation, teamwork, and a comprehensive approach to patient care. At Kaiser Permanente, I work closely with a talented team of cardiologists, surgeons, and specialists to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses both the immediate needs and long-term well-being of our patients.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served

- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
