Where I practice
About me
I am a Colorado native, born and raised in the foothills of Golden, where a love for the mountains and the outdoors has always been a part of my life. I am grateful for the opportunity to practice surgery in my home state and to give back to the community that shaped me. I am proud to be part of Kaiser Permanente, and to join a community that values teamwork with the shared focus of providing the best care for our patients.
About my practice
I chose surgery because it is often one of the most vulnerable times in a person’s life, and I do not take that privilege lightly. I value the opportunity to care for patients from start to finish - guiding them through the disease process, diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery. I believe the trust between surgeon and patient is built not only in the operating room, but in every guiding them through the disease process, diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery. I believe the trust between surgeon and patient is built not only in the operating room, but in every conversation before and after surgery. My goal is always to help patients heal, restore their health, and return to the lives they love. I am trained as a general surgeon with experience in open, laparoscopic, and robotic approaches.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I thrive in the Colorado outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or exploring new trails in the mountains and hidden pockets of the state. At home, I enjoy cooking and unwinding with time in my garden. Most of all, I value time spent with my (growing) Greek family and friends, who keep me grounded and balanced.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards

- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references

You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
