Where I practice
About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience in human services. My work has focused on supporting children and families across a range of settings, including residential and day treatment, intensive in-home services, foster care, outpatient care, early childhood and infant mental health, maternal mental health, and developmental disability services.
I am trained in the Child-Parent Psychotherapy model and endorsed in infant and family mental health through the Colorado Association of Infant Mental Health. I have a strong passion for early intervention and family preservation, and my goal is to promote hope, healing, and positive outcomes for children and families.
About my practice
I work on the Kaiser Permanente Colorado Complex Pediatric Therapy team, which supports children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns that affect multiple areas of daily life. I provide evidence-based assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s strengths, needs, and goals. I use standardized tools to monitor progress and adjust care as needed.
Mental health is an essential part of whole-person care. I collaborate closely with primary care, psychiatry, specialty behavioral health providers, schools, and crisis teams to support coordinated, family-centered treatment. My goal is to help young people feel understood, supported, and empowered as they build skills for long-term well-being.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I enjoy reading mystery novels, solving puzzles, and staying active at the gym or walking my three beagles. I also enjoy spending time with my two cats, cooking healthy meals with my daughters, watching British and Australian mystery series, and enjoying movies with family and friends. Occasionally, I recharge with a relaxing spa day or massage.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
