About me
I was born and raised in Florida, but ever since I started skiing at the age of 4, I knew Colorado was the place for me. I am an outdoor enthusiast who loves the winter as much as the summer. Outside of work, I can be found running, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or enjoying the company of family and friends. I joined Kaiser Permanente Colorado to start the Radiation Oncology Brachytherapy program in 2011. Before moving to Colorado, I worked for Kaiser Permanente in Palo Alto, California.
About my practice
Brachytherapy is a method to deliver radiation by placing it directly into or onto a tumor. It is often used in combination with external beam radiation that, as the name suggests, is delivered from the outside as opposed to internally. As a radiation oncologist, I enjoy educating patients about their treatment options and guiding them through what can undoubtedly be one of the most stressful times of their lives. I firmly believe that with the right support, cutting-edge treatment and guidance, each patient can thrive. I work primarily at Saint Joseph Hospital, where I have the privilege of caring for Kaiser Permanente members as well as other patients.
How I thrive
I am a firm believer in daily exercise and reading to help the mind, body and soul thrive. My favorite activities include running, biking, hiking and skiing with family and friends. I have also been known to take on the challenge of endurance events such as triathlons and marathons. Outside of medically related literature, nonfiction books are my favorite.

If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served
- The inventory of provider and facility types required to serve the population
- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
