About me
I was born in New York City and spent most of life on the East Coast. I went to college and medical school at Brown University and then moved to Boston to complete my residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. I stayed in the area for my fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Mount Auburn Hospital, Harvard Medical School. I joined Kaiser Permanente because I truly believe that they are leaders in the health care world by providing holistic care. I appreciate that no patient is seen in isolation. Each patient is cared for by a team of doctors, working together to make her as healthy as she can be. I knew from a young age that I always wanted to be a doctor because I loved helping people. My desire to help people and my love of working with my hands helped me quickly realize that my talents would be best suited in a field where I spend time in the operating room. I have also always had a passion for women’s health. As a physician, I have been able to take care of women from all walks of life from all over the world. Each day, my patients teach me something new, which makes me a better physician. I am honored to be recognized as a 5280 Magazine Top Doctor in 2022 and was also honored there in 2019 and 2020.
About my practice
As a urogynecologist, I am able to combine my passion for women’s health with my passion for surgery. Urogynecology focuses on the care of women experiencing problems with their pelvic floor, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence. I have witnessed the immense impact pelvic floor disorders have on women’s lives, and I feel fortunate that I can help patients each day. I enjoy spending time with my patients and learning how I can improve their quality of life through simple procedures. I offer women a wide variety of treatment options, ranging from physical therapy to medications to surgery. I am here to listen and provide you with the best care possible. I believe each patient is different, and we have to tailor treatment to fit each individual’s needs. Every day I feel like I make a difference by improving my patients’ lives, and this motivates me to keep learning and excelling.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is a priority for me. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new places in the world with my husband and our daughter. We also are enjoying our new-found home of Colorado and experiencing the beauty this state has to offer.

Kaiser Permanente considers the following factors as it builds and maintains provider networks:
- Size and demographics of the population to be served

- Practitioner-to-member ratios and geographic access standards
- Application of credentialing criteria encompassing but not limited to educational training, licensing, professional experience, board certification, and professional references
You may select a primary care provider (PCP) from family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine. When possible, we encourage you to choose a PCP whose office is in a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building. You may have a higher copayment and/or coinsurance with certain PCP providers. Please refer to your “Schedule of Benefits (Who Pays What)” for additional details. Use the Provider Affiliation dropdown to sort to Kaiser Permanente providers.
An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
