Where I practice
I am excited to be a part of Kaiser Permanente Colorado. I was born and raised in Canada and redirected my career to become a physician after my father passed away of pancreatic cancer. I completed all of my medical training in the United States, receiving my medical degree from Harvard Medical School and MIT, completing my residency at the University of California San Francisco and my fellowship at National Orthopedics Imaging Associates. I moved to Colorado with my amazing and inspiring wife in 2014, and I joined Kaiser Permanente because I truly believe in its mission to provide affordable, high-quality health care services to improve the health of our members and the communities we serve.
About my practice
My subspecialty within radiology is musculoskeletal (joints, bones, soft tissues) and spine imaging, which involves interpreting all imaging modalities such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays. As an avid mountain biker, skier, and mountain enthusiast, I have sustained many serious orthopedic injuries over the years. This stressed to me the critical importance of finding the correct diagnosis to provide the best patient care. I enjoy working closely as part of a team with our outstanding orthopedics and rheumatology physicians to help patients lead more active, pain-free lives and enjoy the wonderful state in which we are lucky to live.
How I thrive
I thrive by having a healthy work/life balance, spending time in the Colorado mountains with family and friends, and having a healthy lifestyle. This energizes and motivates me to care for my patients to the best of my ability.
