My office is accepting new patients. Please call 1-855-208-7221.
I was born and raised in Missouri. I spent several years in New England as part of my education and training (Massachusetts and Vermont). As a young girl, I fell in love with the mountains of Colorado and vowed I would return to live here “when I grow up.” Now, I am able to live out that dream. I feel blessed daily by the opportunities that abound in this amazing state. My medical career started as a nurse's assistant in a nursing home. This is where I grew to understand what a privilege it is to provide care for people when they are feeling most vulnerable, and what a tremendous impact we can have in someone's life just by showing we care. This experience has provided the foundation for my current practice.
I believe in a holistic and preventive approach to medicine. Health care must be a partnership between the patient and physician. My job is to help explain what options are available to you and help you make choices that are in line with your personal goals and beliefs. My special interests include sports medicine, musculoskeletal injuries and natural/complementary alternative medicine. I have additional experience and training in trigger point injections, joint injections and dermatological procedures. I perform a wide spectrum of women’s health procedures including endometrial biopsies, Nexplanon and IUD placements. Providing care for families and children is something I find personally rewarding as I get to see families develop and grow.
Being active outdoors is how I thrive. My favorite activity is mountain biking and I compete in backpacking, endurance biking and cross country mountain biking. If I'm not on my bike, you may find me building trails, running, hiking, snowshoeing, backcountry skiing, rock climbing, or any other outdoor activity. I practice yoga regularly and enjoy painting.

All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
