Where I practice
I am from Colorado. I am so grateful to live in such a great state with my family. I also feel very fortunate to have a job that I love. I worked in private practice before coming to Kaiser Permanente in 2012. It is a great organization with amazing providers and supportive, caring staff. I work part-time in the Endocrinology department. When I am not at work, I am connecting with my friends and family. Authentic relationships are important to me.
About my practice
I really enjoy getting to know my patients as people. I genuinely care about people and hope to make a difference in the lives of others. It is a privilege to work with each and every patient who entrusts their care to me. I feel it is important to partner with you in your health care decision-making. I value educating you so that you feel empowered to make an informed decision about your health. As a specialist at Kaiser Permanente, I have the unique opportunity to work closely alongside primary care providers. I recommend all patients are followed by a primary care provider and are referred to see me. The electronic medical record allows me to review your charts and provide in-depth recommendations to primary care providers in advance of patient visits with me to help make your visit most efficient. I see patients age 18 or older.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my husband and three kids. We enjoy hiking and mountain biking together. In my alone time, I like to read and run outside. I value exercising 30 minutes daily. It keeps my mind healthy!
