About me
I grew up in the small but well-known city of Fargo, ND. Currently, I live with my adorable dog Shanti. Over the last 15 years before coming to Kaiser Permanente, I have worked in many different facets of public education including tutoring, teaching, and most recently as a counselor.
About my practice
Populations: Adult, Child, Adolescents, Group, Teens, Gifted and Talented Youth. Specialties: ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Stress, Parenting, PTSD, Trauma, and other chronic conditions. Interventions: CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, and ERP. My primary goal is to be here for you to help you find healing in your life. I work as a team with our specialists, pharmacists and others to coordinate my patients' care. I think it takes a lot of courage to pursue counseling and I have deep respect for people who do. I work from a strength-based approach, teaching skills to reduce anxiety, depression, and common child/adolescent/adult conflicts. I believe we are the source of our own healing and I am here just to be a guide.
How I thrive
Connecting with friends and family is how I thrive. I find connection with those you care about to be the most important. I love having friends and family over for dinner and trying new paleo recipes. I love learning and reading books; my current favorite author is Brene Brown. Walking/hiking in this beautiful state brings me great joy because, for me, it doesn't get better than living in Colorado.

Information in this online directory is updated periodically and applies to commercial plans underwritten by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado. The availability of physicians, hospitals, providers, and services may change. To verify whether a provider accepts Kaiser Permanente plans, contact the provider directly. Current provider information is available at kp.org/locations. This information is updated within 72 business hours of receipt from providers. Kaiser Permanente of Colorado attempts to ensure the online directory contains up-to-date information. However, providers are responsible for notifying kp.org of any changes to their information, and untimely communication may result in outdated provider information appearing on the website. The printed directory is current as of the date of publication. Kaiser Permanente is not responsible for use of outdated directories.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
Information about a practitioner is provided to us by the practitioner or the practitioner's network, or is obtained as part of the credentialing process. An authorization or referral may be required to access some providers in this directory. If you have questions, contact Member Services.
To report any inaccuracies in the directory, contact Member Services. Members may also report inaccuracies at kp.org/memberservices.

Referrals to affiliated/contracted physicians/providers in Denver/Boulder
Affiliated/contracted physicians/providers are not part of the Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG). They are physicians/providers who have a contract with the CPMG.
If your CPMG physician decides that you require covered services not available internally from CPMG, he or she will refer you to an affiliated/contracted physician/provider.
You must have a written referral to the affiliated/contracted physician/provider in order for Kaiser Permanente Colorado to cover the services. A referral is a written authorization from Kaiser Permanente for you to receive a covered service from an affiliated/contracted physician/provider.
