My office is accepting new patients. Please call 1-855-208-7221.
I grew up in rainy Tacoma, Washington, and attended college in Portland, Oregon, at Pacific University. In college I was fortunate to play competitive volleyball and also to study abroad for a semester in Quito, Ecuador. I then was accepted to medical school here in sunny Denver at the University of Colorado and then residency at Saint Joseph Hospital. I learned to be a compassionate OB-GYN and also fell in love with a classmate! My husband also works for Kaiser Permanente as a radiation oncologist. When we are not practicing medicine, we are playing with our two amazing children and our beloved Siberian huskies, Winter and Luna.
I love women’s health care! I am so privileged to be able to hold a patient’s hand during the loss of a desired pregnancy and also to facilitate the safe delivery of a healthy newborn baby – sometimes all in a day’s work. I feel fortunate to be able to encourage young women to make responsible choices regarding their birth control, safe sex practices and general healthy living. In addition to obstetrics, I love taking care of women’s gynecology needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practices for routine screenings, surgical needs (including total laparoscopic hysterectomies), and reproductive/menopausal changes. I look forward to meeting and learning about you as we partner in maintaining your health.
I try to smile and laugh a lot! I am also very dedicated to healthy living, which for me includes exercise most days of the week, time in the beloved mountains of Colorado (Winter Park being my favorite area), frequent walks and hikes, skiing, and mountain bike rides with my huskies. I thrive by trying to be a good role model for my children and playing with them until exhaustion every day. That’s a great workout, too!

All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
