Help with allergies

Our site shows the allergies health care practitioners record in someone’s medical records, including the name of the allergen and the reaction.

Select the name of the allergy to learn more about it. When you select a name that appears under the Allergen column, this will take you to a list of links within our website about allergies.

If you have questions about a specific allergy on the list, or if you think the allergies listed aren’t accurate, you can request a medical record update. Please see the information at the end of the allergies list. To request a copy of a medical record, contact your local Kaiser Permanente facility.
