Where I practice
Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I'm Dr. Lee, and I've been practicing at Kaiser Permanente since 2009. My goal for all my patients is to help improve and maximize their quality of life. Every patient is different and requires different things, but my end goal is to make syre my patients live the best lives they can. This is achieved with addressing all of one's health needs (physical, mental, and spiritual).
I was born and raised in Los Angeles County, and I’ve spent most of my life in the South Bay. I love medicine because of the opportunity to connect with my fellow human beings. I am married to my best friend and have two wonderful kids. I love staying active, running, playing basketball, and working out. I love to listen and play music, namely jazz.
About my practice
I work mainly in the medical office as a general practitioner in adult internal medicine. However, I also work in the hospital about every two months. I try to practice the best preventive medicine with my patients. I achieve this through a good working relationship with my staff (medical assistants, nurses, and administrators). I find it essential to have my staff communicate well with each other as this improves patient care. Ultimately, I try to achieve good communication with my patients. Listening to people, patients and staff, is important to me and something that I continue to work at. The success of my practice starts with listening.
How I thrive
I try to exercise at least three times a week. Listening to live music is important for my well being. Lastly, tending to my spiritual needs through my church helps keeps me balanced with a good perspective on life. These elements contribute and very essential to patient care.
