Where I practice
Hello and welcome. I am a general surgeon, and I enjoy getting to know my patients. My married name is Estrada-Linder. I go by Dr. Estrada because it is short and simple. If you prefer to call me Lilian, that is fine too.
Fortunately, I married an understanding and patient man who does not mind when I work late. He takes care of our growing girls, and chauffeurs them around to their various activities. My elder daughter studies dance and creative writing at the Orange County School of Arts. My younger daughter immerses herself in competitive gymnastics.
About my practice
Like most surgeons, I enjoy fixing things. As a consulting physician, I help determine whether or not people require surgery. Many times, members are referred for problems that turn out not to require surgery at all. We have a very team-oriented practice. Everyone on our staff is eager to provide excellent care for our members. We perform surgical procedures ranging from minor in-office skin surgeries to complex major surgery performed at one of several Kaiser Permanente locations in Orange County. Once it is established that you require surgery, an order is put in, and the scheduling team will contact you with a date for surgery.
How I thrive
My family and I love to exercise and work out. My husband is a strength and conditioning coach for girl’s team gymnastics. He keeps us moving! You will find me at the gym most days during my lunch break. As a family, we enjoy snowboarding and skiing, rollerblading, cycling, lifting weights, and going to Zumba or hot yoga classes. We like to attend church, and thank God for our many blessings.
