Where I practice
Hello and welcome to my Web page. I am a pediatrician specializing in child development. If you have concerns about your child's development, learning, or behavior, you can talk to your primary physician about getting a referral to see me. I see children ages 0 to 5 in child development and school-age children for ADHD evaluation through the School Problems Screening Clinic.
I became a physician because I have a passion for helping people. I specialized in developmental pediatrics in order to better advocate for children with developmental disabilities. After my residency in general pediatrics, I completed a three-year fellowship in the subspecialty of developmental-behavioral pediatrics at UCLA. I also enjoy working with children outside pediatrics through community service. I am a full-time physician and a mother.
About my practice
I see patients for child development consultations at Kaiser Permanente Panorama City Medical Center. I enjoy the opportunity to follow some children on an ongoing basis. I work in a team model with social workers, nurses, and psychologists. I have a very busy practice, but I enjoy working hard in order to help my patients. Many of the families who I see encounter tremendous stress and many obstacles in their lives, and I am here to help address their needs and concerns. I hope that I can make a positive impact in someone's life each day.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to exercise and stay active. I take good care of myself spiritually, physically, and emotionally, so I can then take care of my family and patients. I give thanks in all circumstances and try to see the positive in everything.
