Open to the public, the Farmers Market will operate year-round, weather permitting. Irvine Medical Center campus’ Farmers Market takes place each Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Anaheim Medical Center campus, each Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
