Maternity care with our at-home toolkit
Get the same high-quality maternity care — but with fewer trips to your clinician’s office —with a mix of in-person and video visits with your care team. Video visits make it more convenient for members to attend their maternity appointments by reducing the need for travel, childcare, and time away from home or work. Plus, video visits make it easier for family members to attend. Members who choose this care option will receive an at-home toolkit that contains a fetal doppler device to detect the baby’s heart rate, and a Bluetooth-enabled blood pressure monitor and weight scale to help you and your care team stay on top of your health from the comfort of your home.
Project Nurture
Project Nurture blends maternity care and substance use treatment for pregnant and parenting people. Members in this program get prenatal and postpartum care and outpatient substance use treatment including medications to help with recovery, support groups, and recovery counseling.
