We encourage you to register for our new premium payment system to take advantage of more features, such as flexible payment dates and recurring automatic payments.

No. Now, you’ll receive a separate statement and BUID for each plan. You have the flexibility to register and pay each plan separately or the convenience of paying all from your main profile.
Once you register and set up recurring payments for your assigned BUID, you have the option to add and set up recurring payments for additional subscribers in your household. Refer to recent correspondence with the subject line “Act Now: Register and set up recurring payments” for your BUID and step-by-step instructions to register.
Premium bills are typically mailed in the middle of each month. You can also view an electronic copy of your bill online.
Paperless billing preferences will transfer to the new premium billing system, eliminating the need for you to opt in or re-select your preferences. If you wish to update or confirm your paperless preferences:
- Visit kp.org/paperless
- In the upper right corner of the screen, click on My Account
- Select Profile & Preferences, then Paperless
- Scroll down and choose your paperless preferences
