Help with health care reminders

Reminders may include:

The name of recommended health care procedures that are coming up
The recommended date for scheduling the next health care visit
The status of a procedure (in other words, whether it’s due soon or overdue)
The last date a procedure was performed

Select the name of a health care reminder to get a list of pages in our website with more information about that procedure. For example, selecting Mammogram will take you to in-depth information on mammograms.

Request a medical record update during a visit. Bring the records showing when the procedure was last received.

If you think the health care reminders list is not accurate, contact the local Kaiser Permanente facility.
