Your child’s growth chart automatically collects information from your child’s doctor visits and compares that information to clinically approved growth and development charts.
Help with growth charts
More than one set of charts may apply to your child. For example, you may be able to view weight-for-age, body mass index, or head circumference.
To switch between chart sets, select an option from Chart set. Each set may contain several types of charts to view. To change types, select an option from Chart type.
You may choose either metric or standard (U.S.) units of measure.
If you have questions or concerns about any of the information in your child’s growth chart, you can:
- Talk to your child’s doctor at the next appointment.
- Call your doctor’s office. (Search our doctors and locations to find the office and department phone number.)
- Send an email to your child’s doctor.
