Am I eligible to enroll?

You may be eligible to enroll Kaiser Permanente Dual Complete Plan if you have both Medicare and Medicaid and live in Hawaii (Oahu and Maui Island only).

You can enroll during the annual enrollment period from October 15 through December 7, or any other time if you have a qualifying life event such as being new to the area, recently lost coverage, or have had a change in your dual-eligible or LIS (Low Income Subsidy) status.
