On the one-year anniversary of the devastating Maui wildfires, Kaiser Permanente honors all those affected. We recognize that the road to recovery is a long one, and we reaffirm our commitment to supporting our community through every step of this journey as we continue to heal and rebuild.
Kaiser Permanente members can receive care at our new Lahaina Clinic at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort grounds (across from Roy’s Kaanapali). Kaiser Permanente members can schedule an appointment at the Lahaina Clinic via kp.org, the KP mobile app, or by calling 1-833-833-3333 (TTY: 711).
Like all Kaiser Permanente clinics, the Lahaina Clinic will serve members with Kaiser Permanente health plan coverage. Free Resilience Support Hotline
Free resilience support is available for anyone in the Maui community affected by the wildfires. A hotline staffed by trained providers can connect those in need to in-person counseling, emotional support, and links to resources. The services are confidential, free, and available to anyone affected by the Maui wildfires. Call 808-446-6676, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Our Lahaina Clinic pharmacy is open. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic, including the pharmacy, is closed daily from noon to 1 p.m. and all day on weekends.

The lifeline is provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Kaiser Permanente members and patients affected by the wildfires on Maui with outstanding medical bills are encouraged to contact us at 808-432-7940 or 1-800-598-5928 to speak with a financial counselor to determine eligibility and apply for Medical Financial Assistance. Please note that Medical Financial Assistance for qualified members and patients can provide help with outstanding patient balances including copayments or coinsurance but cannot be applied to health plan premium dues.
The State of Hawaii Department of Human Services Med-QUEST Division has resumed the QUEST (Medicaid) member eligibility renewal process for Maui County residents. Members are to be on the lookout for their pink envelope/letter in the mail. The pink letter may require a response to maintain health coverage. Members are to read the letter and follow all instructions, if applicable.
Members can rest assured that their QUEST (Medicaid) coverage will remain active until their case is up for renewal.
