Video Appointment 

Using your mobile device or computer with a webcam, you may be able to meet face-to-face with your Kaiser Permanente doctor by video — just as you would with a regular appointment. 

How do you schedule a video visit?

Check with your Kaiser Permanente provider. When you do, they’ll:

  • Make sure you're 18 or older
  • Confirm you've had at least 1 in-person visit with us

In Northern Colorado, we also have network facilities that offer walk-in services for nonemergency, urgent medical needs — some are open 7 days a week, no appointment needed.

What is urgent care?

An urgent care need is one that requires prompt medical attention, usually within 24 or 48 hours, but is not an emergency medical condition. This can include:

  • Minor injuries
  • Backaches
  • Sore throats
  • Coughs
  • Upper-respiratory symptoms
  • Frequent urination or a burning sensation when urinating
