Medical center power outages

Due to high winds, several Kaiser Permanente medical office buildings in Western Washington are currently experiencing power outages at the following locations:

• Silverdale - open, running on generator, limited services, Eye Care and Speech Therapy are closed, Urgent Care is open
• Bellevue* – running on generator, limited services, Urgent Care open
• Factoria* - currently closed, appointments being converted to virtual or rescheduled
• Northshore* - currently closed, appointments being converted to virtual or rescheduled
• Redmond* - currently closed, appointments being converted to virtual or rescheduled

*Due to ongoing power outages, pharmacy services are currently limited or closed at the Bellevue, Factoria, Northshore, and Redmond medical centers. Members with immediate pharmacy needs should instead visit our Capitol Hill or Renton medical center pharmacies.

• Members with non-urgent medication needs can use the Kaiser Permanente mail-order pharmacy to get up to a 3-months’ supply delivered to their home within 2-3 days, or consider Kaiser Permanente’s convenient same day pharmacy delivery options, available in select locations.

All other locations are open. We are reaching out to patients whose appointments will be impacted. In some cases, appointments can be moved to virtual care or another location.
