This is the date by which a test is expected is to be completed.
If a test ordered by your provider has not been completed by this date, it will expire and be removed from this list.
This indicates whether the expected date for completion of a test is a firm date, or an approximate one.
This is the number of outstanding tests ordered by your provider. For example, if your provider has ordered 3 lab tests for you, but only one has been completed, then there are 2 remaining.
If your provider has ordered multiple or recurring tests, this is the date you last completed one.
Contact your provider, and ask them to order it for you again.
