Southern California Locations for Member Services Appointments
For questions about your coverage, billing, care appointments, how to act on behalf of a family member and more, select your preferred facility below to schedule an in-person or video visit with a Member Services representative. Walk-in visits are also available.
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except major holidays. Closes at 3:30 p.m. every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
