Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page! I am happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice.
I grew up in Southern California and completed my medical training at UC Irvine Medical Center in 1997. My family, including my wife and two children, enjoy getting connected to community through local organizations and contributing to those who need it most!
About my practice
I am board certified in family medicine and specialize in osteopathic medicine. Most important values in my life are family and relationships. I believe practicing medicine means developing a relationship with my patients, which translates into experiences that are more fruitful, meaningful, and rewarding. I truly support our values to promote convenient, affordable, caring, and high-quality, evidence-based medicine.
How I thrive
The Kaiser Permanente philosophy of living life to the fullest and thriving means to live each present day as if it would be your last. My family and I exercise weekly, balance stress with ample rest and sleep, and eat properly to maximize the joy we share in our lives. Fruitful relationships start with making individual healthy choices for ourselves mentally, physically and spiritually. To thrive means optimizing your health with best personal choices from healthy tools such as yoga and biking available to lower your health risks and avoid future sickness. Making those best choices and incorporating into your lifestyle allows me to enjoy life more!
