Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page! I think that it is important for patients to be comfortable with their physicians and I am happy to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
I was born and raised in New Jersey. I attended New York University School of Medicine and subsequently did my residency in diagnostic radiology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. Following residency, I moved to the West Coast and completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Stanford University Medical Center. Before coming to Kaiser Permanente, I worked at UC San Diego Medical Center where I had a faculty appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology.
About my practice
As an interventional radiologist, I perform procedures and use the power of medical imaging to help minimize invasiveness, procedure times, and recovery times. Some examples of the procedures I perform include angiography, thrombolysis, angioplasty, vascular stenting, biopsies, and drainage procedures. In addition, I have a professional interest in procedures that help cancer patients and procedures that help patients with liver or biliary disease.
How I thrive
I think a balanced life is the best way to thrive. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and taking time to exercise.
